Ditch the plastic straws at Slate Bar
In the response to the ever-growing impact that plastic straws have on our environment, Slate Bar are proud to offer an alternative option of paper straws. If you prefer to sip your delicious cocktails through a straw, remember that next time you order a drink to go plastic-free and opt in for one of their paper straws!
Reduce, reuse and recycle with Armstrong Ward
Armstrong Ward have a wonderful selection of recycled items in store. We love their gorgeous paper made from the recycled cotton off-cuts from garment manufacturers. It’s the perfect item for any craft projects you might have, or even just to wrap some presents!
Go waste-free with Pomegranate and Sage
Having only been open since February, the wonderful Pomegranate and Sage have already made some positive changes in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Metal cutlery is now available for those of you who choose to eat in, alongside enamel mugs for their selection of hot drinks. Plus, if you bring your own container or cup you will get 5p off!
