IF the queen were to dish out awards for services to home style and chic product selection, this lady would be first on the list for a trip to Buckingham Palace.
Jackie Ward, with the help of husband Andrew, works tirelessly to pack the shelves of lifestyle store Armstrong Ward with beautiful home furnishings, unique gifts and children’s toys to die for.
Jackie and her team select only the most elegant and classy pieces to adorn her shelves. It’s impossible to leave without something simply stunning!
But now the busy couple have masterminded a way to make Armstrong Ward even better - and bigger. They are expanding into extra space downstairs - giving us the very welcome opportunity of spending twice as much time in their enticing shop. Heaven, we say!
The extra room will double the size of the store to showcase new ranges including unique furniture and classy room sets. There will even be somewhere to enjoy a coffee and a cake while we soak up the surroundings, Jackie tells us.
Busy mum of two Jackie says: “We’re all looking forward to it. It means a little bit of disruption while work gets underway but we think it will be worth it.
“It will be nice to have the extra space to house some exciting new ranges.”
Already a haven for fans of Cath Kidston, Emma Bridgewater and Maileg as well as countless other original products, you’ll have to drag us out of Armstrong Ward once the store gets even bigger!
