The Kendal Artisan restaurant is situated below the food store, offering a speciality food shop and restaurant.
Working with local suppliers of quality, seasonal foods we are well known for our British Cheeses from Neal’s Yard and classics like Montgomery’s Cheddar, local breads from Munx bakery and Staff of Life, and our food to go for those of you who don’t have the time to join us for a leisurely lunch.
We also offer our guests the chance to view and purchase a piece of local art with regular exhibits supplied to us by Kendal's leading cultural venue, the Brewery Arts Centre.
Artisan Kendal is available to hire for corporate hospitality events and private functions. The restaurant can seat 90, however we can facilitate larger groups for buffets or canapé events. A separate small function room is also available for business lunches or meetings of up to 20 people. Menus can be developed to cater to any occasion of special dietary needs.
