DESCRIPTION:The Torchlight Street Festival is a day of live music\, creative workshops\, street theatre\, arts and craft stalls.\n\n\n\n\nThe Street festival will be taking place throughout Kendal’s town centre and organisers say it will be bigger and better than ever as we celebrate “The Seasons”. \nThis year’s street party will feature stages of live acts: \n\nThe Street Stage – outside of the library\, featuring a mixture of popular local bands\nThe Dance Stage – at the Birdcage\, with performances from local dance schools\n\nThere will be a great mix of live street theatre featuring a range of never-before-seen characters and performances\, as well as some of your old favourites. They will be joined by wandering bands providing the soundtrack of the day.
